Robin Hood — Black & White
Alright, another generic new category. I figured if I’m going to individually name each famous person [Robin Hood, King Arthur etc. (two of my favourites!)], the list of labels is going to be *really* long eventually, down the sidebar.
Michael L. Peters is a comics and fantasy artist from Reed City, Michigan. He has drawn for publishers like Heavy Metal Magazine, Caliber, Image, and CFD. His vivid works viewable online showcase a wide repertoire of subject matter.
This Robin Hood illustration is part of a collection of fantasy and mythological prints by the artist.
Prints are sold in the following two sizes:
* 11 x 17 inches (28cm x 43cm), for US$15.00
* 8.5 x 11 inches (21.6cm x 28cm), for US$10.00
Michael was hired a few years ago by Ferris State University to create a series of pen & ink portraits of their former presidents. He has also taught drawing and illustration through a local art gallery.
The artist/writer has no degree — what he knows about drawing and painting was learned through his own studies and practice, as well as by following the examples of those he respects.
