John Jude Palencar is known worldwide for his distinctive, ethereal art style. A calm intensity pervades much of his work.
His art has appeared on hundreds of book covers, by renowned authors like Ursula LeGuin, Marion Zimmer Bradley, and Stephen King. He also illustrated the cover paintings for Eragon, and Eldest, by Christopher Paolini.
